Academic Majors & Minors at Eastern Michigan University

We have literally hundreds of academic programs at EMU! You'll find extensive offerings in arts and sciences, business, education, health and human services, and technology. You can browse the Undergraduate Academic Programs and Graduate Academic Programs pages on our Web site to find links to programs and academic departments. In addition to the majors and minors listed, EMU offers a number of pre-professional programs of study, including pre-med, pre-law, pre-dentistry and others. Students who pursuing a pre-professional program of study choose an academic major, like chemistry for pre-med or political science for pre-law, and then work with advisors from the pre-professional programs to ensure proper preparation for post-graduate studies. 

You can also download information from our Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs for any of our programs. Each catalog is a series of PDFs, one for each program and several for other important information. You can easily download and view only those parts that interest you.
